Cancelation Fees & Deposit Policy
Deposits:
50% of Services as a Reoccurring Client & $50 Flat Rate if I am a New Client for In Person Meet & Greet Deposit (if you have leftover money from this transaction it will go towards first services total)
To avoid paying any cancellation fees:
You will need to cancel 8 days before services start, unless a family emergency comes up or you become ill, then your cancellation fee will be paying the 20% of the other half of services.
Please be advised that all Cancellation Fees must be paid in full within same day of cancelling. If you do not do so, then everyday the cancellation fees goes unpaid is extra $20 each day & for Holiday Cancellations this fee doubles to $40. To avoid any extra cancellation fees, just pay by end of the day you cancelled. If you are last minute scheduler & cancel same day not matter a Holiday or Regular day then it will be $50 extra on top of full services total payment, unless you are cancelling due to a family emergency or becoming ill. If you schedule in advance 7 to 8 days or even sooner, then please advise these ⬇️ Cancellation Fees as followed:
No Show/No Communication on the Day of Service you will pay double of your services of the 50% payment, unless you already paid in full, then that will be your cancellation fees.
Day Of Service: 50% more of 50% payment of services
Day Before Service: 40% more of 50% payment of services
2 Days Before Service: 20% more of 50% payment of services
3 Days Before Service: 30% more of 50% payment of services
4-7 Days Before Service: you will pay just remaining balance of total, unless you have already paid in full.
*HOLIDAYS WILL ADDED ANOTHER 20%*
Payments Acceptable: Zelle, Chime or Apple Pay <will consider other trustworthy payment apps to be discussed via messaging>
There will be a Contract to Read & Sign, as an Agreement via email!
